John Deere have announced that will be adding a remote tracking device to their machinery shortly. This will mean that in over 43 countries, 40,000 John Deere vehicles will be tracked.

This technology will let engineers know when a part is due to be changed. The engineer can then go on site and change any John Deere parts due. Crucially this will eliminate any downtime and reduce costs.
